The centre is situated at ‘Fletchers Garden Centre’ – Eccleshall, just 10 minutes from Junction 14 of the M6. Simply follow the signs for Eccleshall. We are signposted with brown tourist signs.
(turn right at both mini-roundabouts in Eccleshall if coming from the direction of the M6 – See map at bottom of page).
We have a small classroom available for visting schools or groups, home schooling, WI, Brownies, Guide, Scouts, Colleges etc. We are able to cater for around 30 people on a visit.
The cost is £7.00 per person with teachers or supervising adults being free. (Minimum 10 at £7, max 6 free adults per 30 paying guests).
The cost includes entry to the sanctuary, activity packs for younger visitors and a keeper talk. The keeper talk includes seeing up close, some of our birds of prey and other residents. There is also the oppotunity to handle birds of prey during pre booked visits.
Duration of your visit can be anything from an hour and the content of your visit can be tailored to fit in with your subject.
(Nocturnal, rainforests, predators, rehabilitation, animal collections, rescue etc).
Childrens parties at the centre £7 per child (minimum 10 children) 2 adults free (extra adults usual admission fee).
A 30 minute presentation, meet some of the animals up close. Each child will get to hold a bird of prey.
